Job summary

Accenture's Leadership Acceleration Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead high-impact leadership strategy engagements for C‑suite and boards. You will guide executive assessment, coaching, and development initiatives while expanding the practice with top clients across industries.

You will design and deliver complex programs, build strategic relationships, and apply data-driven insights to improve leadership outcomes. Travel up to 30-35% may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory to develop leaders and teams.
• Psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy or training.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver large-scale leadership strategy programs for CEOs, Boards and senior leaders.
• Model and deliver senior leadership consulting offerings with high margins.
• Develop and maintain a network of senior-level contacts to create opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders and their teams to improve culture and outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality work aligned to client business strategy and value drivers.
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders.
• Manage client teams and portfolios, upskilling and building relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems.
• Lead portfolio growth with top clients and cross-sell offerings.
• Be a role model to promote inclusive culture.
• Travel up to 30-35% as required by clients.
