Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with C‑suite leaders and Boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience for high‑performing teams.
• Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation, in‑person and virtual.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic leadership programs for C‑suite and boards.
• Grow the practice with existing clients and develop senior relationships.
• Build a regional network to create significant business opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams, supporting success.
• Translate leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers.
• Manage and coordinate client portfolios and upskill teams.
