• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver senior‑level leadership strategies and programs for CEOs, boards, and executive teams
• Grow the practice with existing clients and build senior‑level networks across the region
• Serve as a confidential advisor to leaders and their teams, shaping culture and outcomes
• Deliver high‑quality work aligning with client business strategy and measurable value
• Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders
• Manage client portfolios and upskill local teams for high‑professional service
• Pilot intellectual property within client systems to stay ahead of best practices
• Lead client growth plans and cross‑offer selling at the top level
• Be a role model promoting an inclusive culture
• Travel up to ~30–35% as required
