Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership consulting or related field.

• Expertise in leadership assessment, development, and culture change.
• Experience designing and delivering high‑impact leadership programs.
• Strong business development and client‑growth track record.
• Comfort with data analytics and using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver senior‑level leadership programs across Leadership Strategy Services.
• Cultivate senior‑level relationships and grow the client portfolio.
• Provide confidential advisory support to C‑suite leaders and their teams.
• Translate leadership insights into cultural and commercial impact.
• Lead client engagement and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
