Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Leadership Acceleration Consulting to design and deliver strategic leadership programs for CEOs, boards, and senior teams. You will cultivate relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive outcomes with a global, fast-paced team.

You will employ behavioral science insights, lead cross-functional advisory efforts, and travel up to 30–35% to support client needs across major industries. Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Significant client management and/or business development experience.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Deep assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person & virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver large-scale leadership strategy programs for C-suite, boards, and senior leaders.
• Grow client accounts and drive revenue growth across Leadership Acceleration offerings.
• Build a high-caliber network of senior contacts to create significant opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, fostering deep, confidential relationships.
• Deliver high-quality work that aligns with business strategy and value creation.
