Job summary

You will build senior networks, grow the practice, manage client portfolios, and become a trusted advisor while traveling up to 35% to engage top clients. The role requires deep C-suite experience and strong coaching in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Leadership strategy, assessment and development expertise.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness and design.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual).
• Diversity, equity and inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement large-scale leadership programs for boards and executives.
• Deliver senior-level leadership consulting to CEOs and C-suite teams.
• Develop and maintain a network of senior-level contacts to enable opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders and build deep, confidential relationships.
• Deliver high-quality work that improves client business outcomes.
