Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team, shape manufacturer engagement, and oversee contract strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals. The role drives access to limited distribution drugs and aligns with PBM formulary and payers.

You will direct negotiations, develop vendor programs, and interface with legal, compliance, and external partners to achieve Lumicera’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in home state or ability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in contract negotiation, preferably in specialty pharmacy or industry relations.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and RFP/RFI opportunities.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
• Negotiate and monitor pricing and service agreements with manufacturers.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and identify program opportunities.
• Expand manufacturer programs including data and enhanced services.
• Negotiate purchase discounts to maximize cost savings.
• Manage data programs and report program performance.
