Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer engagement. You will shape strategies for clinical disease states, negotiate distribution contracts, and expand access to limited distribution medications.

The role interfaces with legal, compliance, and external vendors. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in specialty pharmacy, 5+ years of contract negotiation, and 3+ years of leadership, with a PharmD or PharmD/B.S.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; PharmD or equivalent preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in residence or reciprocal within months.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years contract negotiation experience in pharma/industry relations.
• 3+ years people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of REMS and Limited Distribution Drug practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team to execute engagement strategy.
• Direct negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and opportunities in RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution meds and manage related agreements and discounts.
• Establish and negotiate pricing and service agreements following policy.
• Maintain manufacturer relationships and identify program opportunities.
• Negotiate programs including data and enhanced services; report performance.
• Develop competitive pharma contract structures for current and future needs.
• Oversee data aggregators and hub services coordination.
• Assist with annual budgets and monthly forecasts for procurement.
• Represent Lumicera at industry and trade groups; ensure compliant reporting.
