Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager, Partner Program Operations to lead and scale the Global Partner Program Operations team. You will own onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance to align partner programs with sales and engineering.

This is a ground‑floor leadership role that requires hiring, coaching, and building the operating model. You will drive end‑to‑end partner operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and ongoing program design, ensuring effective execution and alignment

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Program Management, Partner/Channel Ops or related field.
• 2+ years people management experience or leading teams/contract programs.
• Proven ability to stand up or scale an operations function from the ground up.
• Comfort owning BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, and automation without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical and program-management discipline across multi-workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build, onboard, and coach a small mixed team; set priorities as scope scales.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, governance.
• Redefine the Sales Ops remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, automation.
• Drive program and incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, comp plans, rules of engagement.
• Represent Partner Program Operations with Design, Sales, Data, Systems Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead launch readiness for the Global Partner Program rollout and legacy migrations.
