Responsibilities

• Lead a small mixed team of FTEs and contractors; set priorities and growth plans.
• Own end-to-end GPP operations including onboarding, tiering, incentives, and governance.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit with BRD/SOP ownership and automation design.
• Drive program and incentive operations across multi-track partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Enablement, Data, and Systems Engineering.
