Job summary

Relativity, based in Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Manager, OTC to design, execute, and continuously improve global billing operations across revenue streams. You will ensure complete, accurate, and scalable billing processes while maintaining a strong internal controls environment and leveraging AI and automation.

This role requires deep Zuora Billing and Salesforce expertise, cross-functional leadership, and experience with multi-currency environments in a high-growth SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Billing Operations, OTC, or Revenue Operations with at least 3 years in people management
• Deep expertise in global billing operations across multiple geographies and currencies
• Strong knowledge of billing process design, controls, and audit readiness
• Hands-on proficiency with Zuora Billing; working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience owning SOX controls for billing or OTC in a public company
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve and automate OTC processes
• Cross-functional experience with IT, Finance, Legal and Revenue teams
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription business with complex billing models

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations including contract setup, invoice generation, and adjustments
• Establish global billing standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
• Design scalable billing processes with governance controls
• Lead SOX control activities for billing operations
• Leverage AI and systems (Zuora and Salesforce) to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Strategy and IT to ensure accurate order-to-cash translation
• Mentor and develop a high-performing OTC team across geographies
• Support periodic closes and audit requests
