Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, OTC to lead global billing operations across revenue streams. You will shape end-to-end processes, ensure accuracy, and drive scalability with strong governance. The role emphasizes collaboration with Revenue Accounting, Legal, IT, and Product to support new billing models.

The position requires extensive experience in Zuora, multi-currency environments, and SOX controls, with a focus on automation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Oversee end-to-end global billing operations across geographies and revenue streams.
• Assist with management of the SOX control framework for billing operations; ensure all controls are designed effectively and audit-ready
• Leverage AI and systems to enhance OTC functions across Zuora, Salesforce, and adjacent systems to streamline billing operations
