Yahoo Holdings Inc. is expanding its Corporate and Enterprise Business Development function.

You will lead enterprise partnerships spanning AI, cloud, core infrastructure, and enterprise services, aligning with cross-functional teams to win for the entire Yahoo portfolio. As an early hire, you will shape commercial strategy and operating cadence, reporting to the VP of Business Development and Partnerships, with hybrid work options and opportunities to advance across Yahoo’s large-scale

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in business development, corporate development, or enterprise tech partnerships.
• Experience structuring large-scale enterprise agreements incl. AI/cloud/enterprise software.
• Ability to model and quantify value of aggregated terms.
• Experience using AI-assisted workflow tools for analysis and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute enterprise partnerships.
• Lead renewals and expansions with multi-year deal frameworks.
• Own partner pipeline end-to-end across the Yahoo portfolio.
• Build business cases for portfolio aggregation over individual properties.
• Align cross-functional teams for unified deal positions and governance.
• Represent deal strategy to external executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate contract synthesis and research.
• Maintain governance cadences and executive relationship health.
• Create scalable templates and processes for the new function.
