Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise tech vendor management.
- Proven track record structuring and negotiating large-scale enterprise technology agreements—AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, or complex enterprise software.
- Strong financial modeling and the ability to present and defend business cases to senior leaders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Legal, Procurement, Security, Finance, and Engineering.
Aufgaben
- Source and negotiate complex, enterprise-wide partnerships with Yahoo’s technology and infrastructure counterparties.
- Lead renewals and commercial expansions well before contract windows with multi-year deal frameworks.
- Own the partner portfolio end-to-end, prioritizing aggregated portfolio impact over single-property terms.
- Build the business case for portfolio aggregation and quantify value of consolidated terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present strategy to executives during negotiations.
