Job summary
Yahoo Holdings Inc. is building a Corporate and Enterprise Business Development function to propel large-scale partnerships across AI, cloud, and enterprise services.
This early hire will work directly with the VP of Business Development and Partnerships to shape commercial strategy and align cross-functional teams across Yahoo's portfolio. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree welcome.
- 5+ years in business development, corporate development, or enterprise partnerships with major enterprises.
- Proven track record structuring and negotiating large-scale enterprise technology agreements, including AI/cloud deals.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex, enterprise-wide partnerships.
- Lead strategic renewals and multi-year deal frameworks for long-term value.
- Own the corporate and enterprise partner pipeline end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams.
- Assemble unified positions ahead of negotiations by coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering.
- Represent deal strategy with external leadership and internal senior stakeholders.
