Job summary
Yahoo seeks a senior corporate development professional to lead enterprise partnerships across AI, cloud, and core infrastructure. You will shape commercial strategy, frame collaborations, and work with VP of Business Development and Partnerships to scale the Yahoo portfolio.
The role requires 5+ years in business development with strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication. Flexible hybrid work options are provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree welcome.
- 5+ years in business development, corporate development, or enterprise partnerships.
- Experience structuring and negotiating large-scale enterprise tech agreements.
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and manage enterprise partnerships across technology and infrastructure vendors.
- Lead renewals and expansions with multi-year deal frameworks.
- Own the partner pipeline end-to-end and align with cross-functional teams.
- Build a business case for portfolio aggregation and defend models to Finance.
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering on contracts.
- Represent deal strategy with external executive leadership when VP is unavailable.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis and reporting.
- Design AI-assisted tracking systems to improve pipeline visibility and governance.
