Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise technology vendor/commercial management with major enterprises.
• Proven track record structuring and negotiating large-scale enterprise technology agreements across AI, cloud, or complex software.
• Experience structuring multi‑business‑unit or multi‑product agreements with quantified value.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex enterprise-wide partnerships with Yahoo's largest technology and infrastructure counterparties.
• Lead strategic renewals and expansions with multi-year deal frameworks to secure long-term value.
• Own the partner pipeline end-to-end, prioritizing portfolio impact over single-property roadmaps.
• Build financial models to quantify value of aggregated terms and defend them to Finance and executives.
• Align cross-functional partners across BD, Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering.
• Represent deal strategy with external executives and internal stakeholders when the VP is absent.
