Job summary
Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive enterprise partnerships across AI, cloud, and core infrastructure.
You will shape commercial strategy, negotiate complex, multi-year deals, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Security, and Engineering to maximize portfolio value. This early-hire role supports Yahoo's portfolio-wide growth, reporting to the VP of Business Development and Partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development or enterprise partnerships with large organizations.
- Negotiating multi-year enterprise technology agreements.
- Ability to model and articulate the financial value of aggregated deal terms.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflow tools to accelerate analysis.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex enterprise partnerships.
- Lead renewals and expansions with multi-year deal frameworks.
- Own the enterprise partner pipeline end-to-end.
- Build financial models comparing aggregated vs property-by-property terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering.
- Represent deal strategy with external leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Integrate AI tools into BD operations to accelerate contract synthesis.
- Design AI-assisted tracking systems for pipeline visibility.
