Qualifications

5+ years in business development, corporate development, partnerships, or enterprise tech vendor management.

Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex, enterprise-wide partnerships.
Lead renewals and expansions with multi-year frameworks.
Own the partner pipeline end-to-end, aligned to portfolio impact.
Develop financial models for consolidated agreements versus property-by-property terms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering.
Represent deal strategy with executive leadership in high-stakes settings.
Integrate AI tools and workflows to accelerate contract synthesis and portfolio reporting.
Design governance standards and scalable processes for Yahoo’s dealmaking.
