Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate & Enterprise Business Development professional to lead major enterprise partnerships. You will shape commercial strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and align cross-functional teams to maximize the Yahoo portfolio value.

As an early hire in this function, you will collaborate with the VP to drive frameworks, governance, and reporting, while leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate deal synthesis and portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/advanced degree welcomed.
• 5+ years in business development, corporate development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise tech vendor management.
• Experience structuring large-scale enterprise technology agreements including AI/cloud/enterprise software.
• Ability to model and quantify financial value of aggregated terms.
• Proficient with AI-assisted workflow tools and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex enterprise partnerships.
• Lead renewals and expansions with multi-year deal frameworks.
• Own enterprise partner pipeline end-to-end across Yahoo portfolio.
• Develop financial models to justify portfolio aggregation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for deal strategy and governance.
