Job summary
Yahoo is seeking an experienced Corporate and Enterprise Business Development professional in Mountain View to lead partnerships with major technology and infrastructure companies. You will shape commercial strategy, drive multi-year deals, and govern a high-value portfolio with a focus on AI, cloud, and enterprise services.
You’ll partner with VP of Business Development and Partnerships to craft operating cadences, templates, and scalable processes, accelerating contract synthesis and portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree welcome.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute complex, enterprise-wide partnerships with Yahoo’s largest technology and infrastructure counterparties.
- Lead strategic renewals and commercial expansions well ahead of contract windows with multi-year frameworks.
- Own the partner pipeline end-to-end, prioritizing portfolio impact over single properties.
- Develop and defend the financial value of aggregated deal terms to Finance and leadership.
- Assemble unified positions by aligning cross-functional teams across BD, Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, and Engineering.
