Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Sr Manager of Los Angeles Service Ops to lead elevator service, maintenance, and billable repair operations across the LA territory. You will develop an experienced operations team, coordinate field resources, and drive safe, responsive service.

You will manage Service Superintendents and field staff, balance labor and safety with quality and profitability, and partner with Service Sales and branch leadership to meet customer priorities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of elevator industry experience in service, maintenance, repair, or related operations.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and field teams across a geographic territory.
• Strong scheduling, labor planning, and resource coordination skills.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, service delivery, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead elevator service, maintenance, and billable repair operations across the Los Angeles territory.
• Coach and develop Service Superintendents and field staff.
• Coordinate labor resources, mechanic routes, scheduling, and field priorities.
• Oversee open orders, paid repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with Service Sales and branch leadership to meet customer priorities.
