Otis Elevator Company in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Manager, Repair Operations to lead our elevator repair field operations. You will manage multiple repair projects, forecast labor, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the repair portfolio.

The role requires 3–5+ years in elevator operations, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate field teams and schedules. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of elevator industry experience (repair, service, modernization, open order, field operations, or construction).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for elevator repair and testing projects.
