Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a Manager, Service Operations to lead elevator service operations across the Anaheim and South Bay, California territory. This hands-on leadership role will oversee a team of field mechanics while managing customer service operations, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and related activities.

You will partner with sales representatives and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, coordinate staffing and resources, and ensure accurate order tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years elevator industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with field mechanics or technical teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of field mechanics across the Anaheim and South Bay service territory.
• Oversee day-to-day elevator service operations including customer accounts, budgets, parts, safety, audits and payroll.
• Coordinate staffing, materials and resources to support field execution.
• Provide operational support and participate in rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
• Partner with sales representatives and participate in customer meetings.
