Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Sr Manager for Los Angeles Service Ops to lead elevator maintenance, billable repair, and field service across the Los Angeles territory. In this highly visible role, you will develop an experienced operations team, coordinate field resources, and drive safe, responsive service.

Location: Los Angeles; salary range is $160,000 to $185,000 plus bonus. You will supervise service superintendents and field staff, and collaborate with Service Sales and branch

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of elevator industry experience in service, maintenance, repair, or related field operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead elevator service, maintenance, and billable repair operations across the Los Angeles territory.
• Coach and develop Service Superintendents and field staff.
• Coordinate labor resources, mechanic routes, scheduling, and field priorities.
• Oversee open orders, paid repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Balance service delivery, labor availability, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Partner with Service Sales and branch leadership to meet customer and business priorities.
• Communicate with customers in meetings and clearly explain technical details.
• Improve efficiency in workforce scheduling and field execution.
• Use Salesforce and other business systems to manage workload and monitor performance.
• Support field training, safety audits, jobsite inspections, and EH&S compliance.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for complex field situations.
