Job summary

Otis Elevator seeks a Manager, Service Operations to lead elevator service operations across the Anaheim and South Bay, California territory. You will manage a team of field mechanics and coordinate customer service activities, budgets, safety, audits, and related operations.

You will partner with sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, oversee staffing, and ensure accurate service activity tracking. Travel across the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading field mechanics and coordinating service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Flexibility to cover rotating evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of field mechanics across the assigned service territory.
• Oversee day-to-day elevator service operations, including customer accounts, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and payroll activities.
• Coordinate staffing, job requirements, materials, and resources to support effective field execution.
• Provide operational support and participate in rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
• Partner with sales representatives and participate in customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate tracking of orders and related service activity.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics, customers, sales representatives, and internal partners.
