Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive the steady state delivery of DPS products, engage provider networks, and lead a team of operational support associates. You will define metrics, partner with Product and Analytics, and shape a performance-focused culture across diverse teams.

The role emphasizes provider experience, collaboration with VP-level stakeholders, and the execution of strategic initiatives to improve operational outcomes. Remote travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• 7 to 10 years of accomplished leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• 5 to 7 years stakeholder management experience.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• On-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends.
• Travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve complex problems with data-driven insights.
• Understanding of metrics and best practices for reporting and KPI development.
• Ability to prioritize with a team and advocate for priorities with other teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement as it relates to DPS products and services.
• Establish success and productivity metrics with clearly defined KPIs and hold team members accountable.
• Collaborate with leaders across the company to develop and execute process improvements.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of critical processes.
• Coordinate staffing models for steady state transition of new DPS products/services.
• Contribute to the DPS Operations roadmap and participate in planning with the VP of DPS Operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product and Client Success.
• Monitor operating metrics trends and coordinate with Analytics for visibility.
• Lead a high-performing team through advisory and coaching.
• Ensure execution and compliance with strategic initiatives.
