Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a DPS Products Performance Leader to operationalize critical initiatives across the DPS service line and to drive steady-state delivery through a high-performing team. You will partner with Product, Operations and analytics to deliver an enhanced provider experience, while shaping a performance-focused culture and strategic roadmap.

The role requires 7–10 years of leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in process

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant leadership experience.
7–10 years leadership experience in healthcare preferred.
5–7 years stakeholder management with executives.
Proven performance improvement or project management experience.
Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues; travel up to 25% if not in DFW.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement as it relates to DPS products and services.
Establish success and productivity metrics with clearly defined KPIs; hold team members accountable.
Develop and maintain documentation of critical processes.
Coordinate plans for steady state transitions of new products and services and staff accordingly.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics and other partners to improve performance.
