Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations leader to operationalize initiatives, guide a team of associates, and partner with Product, Operations, and Client Success to ensure steady-state delivery of DPS services. The role emphasizes KPIs, process improvements, and a data-driven culture across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of leadership within healthcare, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 25% may be required for the role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare or related field.
• 7–10 years of accomplished leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• 5–7 years stakeholder management experience with ability to articulate organizational value to executives using data/KPIs.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays/weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with KPI reporting.
• Ability to balance business needs with clinical/service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement for DPS products.
• Establish and track KPIs; hold team accountable to performance expectations.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute process improvements.
• Document critical processes accurately and comprehensively.
• Coordinate planning for steady-state transition of new products and staffing models.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and participate in quarterly/annual planning with VP DPS Operations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Operations, Product, and Client Success.
• Monitor metrics trends and collaborate with Analytics for visibility.
• Develop a high-performing team via analytics, process improvement, and customer service skills.
• Mentor direct reports and promote two-way communication.
