CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to operationalize critical initiatives and drive steady-state delivery for DPS products. You will guide a team of associates, set KPIs, and partner with Product, Analytics and Operations to deliver improvements with a provider-centric focus.

The role emphasizes building a performance-driven culture, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality provider experiences while supporting the DPS service line. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience within healthcare.
• 5–7 years stakeholder management experience with ability to articulate value to executives.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• Ability to be on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily DPS operations and provider engagement.
• Establish KPIs and document performance expectations for the team.
• Develop and execute process improvements to optimize DPS performance.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of critical processes.
• Coordinate plans for steady-state transition of new DPS products and staffing models.
• Contribute to the Operations roadmap and quarterly/annual planning with VP of DPS Operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product and Client Success.
• Monitor metrics with Analytics to obtain visibility into data as needed.
