Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive performance for the Diagnostics and Preventive Service line. You will manage a team of operations associates, define KPIs, partner with Product, Operations and Client Success, and lead cross-functional improvements to reduce non-completion and optimize provider engagement.

This is a full-time role based in Colorado with travel up to 25%. You will shape a data-driven culture, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and work with Analytics to turn

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• 7 to 10 years of accomplished leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• 5 to 7 years stakeholder management experience - ability to articulate value to executives using data and KPIs.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement related to DPS products.
• Establish KPIs and ensure accountability for performance expectations.
• Develop and execute process improvements to optimize performance.
• Document critical processes accurately and in detail.
• Coordinate staffing models for steady state transition of new products/services.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and participate in planning with VP DPS Operations.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Operations, Product and Client Success.
• Monitor metrics trends and collaborate with Analytics for data visibility.
• Build a high-performing team with analytical and customer service skills.
• Ensure timely evaluation of direct reports and promote two-way communication.
