Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive steady state delivery of DPS products, manage a team of operational support associates, and partner with Product, Operations and Client Success to improve performance.

You will establish KPIs, own documentation, staffing models, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with CXO, Product, Clinical Success, and Vendors, while delivering an exceptional provider experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience, healthcare preferred.
• 5–7 years stakeholder management experience with data-driven storytelling.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• On-call escalation for provider issues, including holidays/weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% if not in the DFW Metro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and drive cross-functional prioritization.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for DPS product operations and provider engagement.
• Establish KPIs, define performance expectations, and monitor results.
• Develop and maintain critical process documentation.
• Coordinate steady-state transition plans for new DPS products.
• Support staffing models to ensure adequate resourcing.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap and quarterly/annual planning with VP DPS Operations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Client Success.
• Review metrics trends and partner with Analytics for visibility.
• Develop a high-performing, analytically-minded, customer-focused team.
• Balance business needs with ethics and clinical/service excellence.
