Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to operationalize key initiatives, drive steady state delivery of DPS products, and lead a team of associates focused on provider engagement and performance metrics.

The role partners with Product, Operations and Client Success to shape an analytics-driven culture, optimize processes, and ensure a superior provider experience across DPS services.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare organization.
• 5 to 7 years stakeholder management experience with ability to articulate value using data.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement related to DPS products.
• Establish KPIs and ensure team accountability for performance.
• Collaborate across leaders to develop and execute process improvements to optimize performance.
• Document critical processes and develop staffing models for new products and services.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product and Client Success to support DPS service delivery.
