Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Products Performance leader to operationalize initiatives and drive steady-state delivery for DPS products. You will manage a team of associates, define KPIs, and partner with Product, Operations and Client Success to improve provider experience and outcomes.

This role requires 7–10 years of leadership in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% if not located in the DFW Metro.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 5–7 years stakeholder management with data-driven storytelling.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• MS Excel and MS Office proficiency; strong analytical mindset.
• Willingness to be on-call for provider issues and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement related to DPS products.
• Establish KPIs and ensure accountability to performance expectations.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute process improvements.
• Document critical processes and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Coordinate staffing models for steady state transition of new products/services.
• Contribute to DPS Operations roadmap and quarterly/annual planning with VP.
• Foster strong relationships across Operations, Product, and Client Success.
• Monitor metrics with Analytics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Develop a high-performing team with analytics, process improvement, and customer service skills.
