Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to drive critical initiatives and steady-state delivery for the DPS service line. You will lead a team of operations associates, develop KPIs, and partner with Product, Analytics, and Client Success to optimize provider engagement and performance.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring a superior provider experience while aligning with corporate governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations or provider networks.
• 5 to 7 years stakeholder management experience—ability to articulate value to executives with data/KPIs.
• Prior performance improvement or project management experience.
• Ability to be an on-call escalation point for provider issues, including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement related to DPS products and services.
• Establish success and productivity metrics, including clearly defined KPIs; hold all team members accountable to performance expectations.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all critical processes.
• Act as a centralized point for Operations in planning for steady state transition of new products and services; create staffing models.
• Contribute to Operations roadmap for all DPS- supporting teams and participate in quarterly/annual planning.
• Ensure strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Product and Client Success.
• Review and monitor operating metrics; partner with Analytics to obtain data visibility.
• Develop a high-performing team based on analytical, process improvement and customer service skills.
• Monitor performance of direct reports; promote two-way communication and staff participation.
• Support direct reports in monitoring Provider completion rates and follow up for low performance.
• Ensure execution and compliance with strategic initiatives.
• Non-completion analysis, cross-functional execution, and technical troubleshooting focus for DPS products.
