Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Customer Success Engineers, driving outcomes for the Veeam Data Platform. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership to ensure customers realize value and reduce renewal risk.

You will coach the team to deliver high-quality outcomes, set standards for success plans and health checks, and serve as a senior advisor to strategic enterprise customers. This role requires people leadership and deep technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or data protection.
• Three or more years of people leadership experience managing technical professionals.
• Strong technical acumen across virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.
• Establish standards for success plans, adoption roadmaps, health checks, quarterly reviews, and resilience reporting.
• Act as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic enterprise customers.
