• 5+ years SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services.
• Experience leading multi-product or multi-solution implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and implementation teams delivering enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback to ensure delivery standards.
• Oversee multiple active implementations and manage risks, scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
• Support escalations and guide teams through changing customer needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other teams to improve delivery processes.
• Strengthen methodologies and documentation across regions.
• Adapt to new products and AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency.
