Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a US-based team delivering successful SaaS implementations. You will coach and develop the team, drive delivery excellence, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across multi-product deployments.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, navigate changing priorities, and stay close to work by supporting strategic implementations, ERP integrations, and AI-driven process improvements while maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services.
• 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing a delivery team.
• Strong project management fundamentals with multiple priorities and milestones.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a US-based onboarding and implementation team.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback.
• Oversee a portfolio of active implementations and identify risks.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies with discipline.
• Lead strategic, multi-product customer implementations across teams.
• Support escalations and manage scope, priorities, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other functions for a coordinated experience.
• Strengthen delivery methodologies and documentation across regions.
• Adapt to new products and automate workflows where appropriate.
• Support ERP integrations and data migration initiatives.
