Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team delivering successful SaaS implementations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Implementation, you’ll drive delivery excellence and a high-quality customer experience across our evolving portfolio.

Qualifications

Able to lead SaaS onboarding and multi-product implementations.
2+ years managing delivery teams with coaching focus.
Experience with enterprise customers and stakeholder management.
Strong project management fundamentals and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation professionals for enterprise SaaS deployments.
Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback.
Oversee active implementations, identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
Coordinate project plans, milestones, scope, risks, and client communication.
Serve as project leader for strategic multi-product implementations.
Navigate escalations and changing customer needs with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, CS, Commercial, Support, and Tech Ops.
Improve methodologies, processes, and delivery standards across regions.
Embrace AI/automation to enhance planning and coordination with human oversight.
