Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team of five to six professionals delivering SaaS implementations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Implementation, you will drive delivery excellence and a high-quality customer experience.

You will coach and develop your team, remove roadblocks, and stay close to the work by supporting strategic multi-product implementations across regions, including ERP data migrations and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

6+ years in SaaS onboarding/implementation or professional services.
2+ years leading a delivery team.
Strong PM fundamentals: scope, milestones, risks, escalations.
Experience with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder dialogs.
Ability to steer teams through changing priorities and products.
Hands-on involvement with customer and project work when needed.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation professionals for enterprise SaaS deployments.
Set expectations, monitor performance, provide actionable feedback.
Oversee active implementations, identify risks, remove roadblocks.
Manage project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and comms.
Lead strategic, complex, multi-product customer implementations.
Support escalations and navigate scope/priorities with customers.
Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Tech Ops.
Collaborate with regional implementation leaders to improve methods.
