3E seeks a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team of five to six professionals delivering successful SaaS implementations across our solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will coach the team, set clear expectations, remove roadblocks, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

• 6+ years in SaaS onboarding/implementation or professional services.
• Experience leading complex multi-product implementations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop delivery teams.
• Strong communication with enterprise customers.
