Job summary

3E seeks a Manager of Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team delivering successful SaaS deployments across an evolving solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will drive delivery excellence, coach your team, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You will stay close to the work by supporting strategic, multi-product implementations and collaborating across teams to handle risks and changing customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS onboarding/implementation or professional services, incl. multi-product implementations.
• 2+ years leading a delivery team.
• Strong project management fundamentals across scope, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding and implementation professionals for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, provide actionable feedback, ensure delivery standards.
• Oversee active implementations, identify risks, remove roadblocks, keep momentum.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and customer communications.
• Serve as a project leader for strategic, complex or multi-product implementations across teams/geographies.
• Support escalations and navigate scope, priorities, and changing needs.
