Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Customer Implementation to lead a U.S.-based team of five to six professionals delivering SaaS implementations across our evolving solutions portfolio.

You will coach and develop the team, manage project plans, and partner with Product, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience while navigating risks and changing customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-product or multi-solution implementations.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding and implementation professionals responsible for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback to ensure delivery standards.
• Oversee multiple active implementations, identify risks, and remove roadblocks to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, scope, risks, and customer communication with discipline.
• Lead strategic, multi-product implementations and collaborate across teams and geographies.
