Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Expansion to build and lead expansion across the existing customer base, blending BDR outbound with high-touch events and training. You’ll establish operating cadence and partner across functions to expand product adoption and value.

You’ll develop repeatable expansion playbooks, lead a frontline-management team, and drive revenue, adoption, and retention through scalable motions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, customer growth, or related commercial experience.
• 3+ years managing and developing sales teams and frontline leaders.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to translate engagement into revenue, adoption, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Expansion organization, developing a high-performing team.
• Develop and refine repeatable expansion playbooks across product portfolio.
• Build the BDR-to-STS motion and playbooks for events and trainings.
• Establish operating cadence, metrics, and accountability systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and remove friction in the expansion journey.
• Test, iterate, and operationalize new expansion motions as the business evolves.
