Job summary

Dandy is hiring a Customer Onboarding Operations Manager to own the operational engine that drives customer activation. You’ll lead a team to ensure onboarding milestones are met, capacity is aligned to demand, and onboarding translates into early value across enterprise multi-location rollouts.

You’ll build systems, playbooks, and forecasting discipline to deliver a predictable activation engine, turning onboarding into scalable, reliable performance for our dental office customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in a scaling environment.
• Experience leading coordination-heavy or logistics-driven teams.
• Strong track record of building systems, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Comfort owning capacity planning and throughput challenges.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong data orientation — able to define performance, prioritize work, and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Onboarding Readiness: build readiness model and ensure key milestones are met.
• Drive Capacity & Throughput: forecast demand and align capacity for activation goals.
• Lead the Coordinator Function: manage Leads and Training Coordinators.
• Build Systems & Playbooks: standardize workflows and create repeatable onboarding playbooks.
