Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Expansion to build and lead our expansion motion across our existing customer base. You will design the operating model, own the expansion playbooks, and coach frontline managers across BDR and STS teams to unlock more value from Dandy’s product portfolio.

This role partners with Account Management, Training, Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to create a repeatable revenue engine, establish cadence and metrics, and remove friction in the expansion

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Expansion organization
• Develop and refine repeatable expansion playbooks across product portfolio
• Build the BDR-to-STS motion and events/ trainings playbooks
• Establish operating cadence, metrics and accountability systems
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Training, Marketing, Product and RevOps to remove friction from the expansion journey
