Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Customer Onboarding Operations Manager to own the activation engine, ensuring onboarding translates into early orders. This role leads a team of Training Coordinators, builds the readiness, capacity, and scheduling playbooks, and drives predictable, scalable onboarding for enterprise customers.

You will partner across functions to manage readiness milestones, forecast demand, and translate data into decisions that shorten time-to-value for our customers and their practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in a scaling environment.
• Strong track record building systems, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Onboarding Readiness and determine when an account is prepared for training.
• Forecast training demand and align capacity to activation goals.
• Lead and develop a team of Training Coordinators.
• Create scalable processes connecting onboarding → readiness → training → activation.
