Qualifications

• At least 10 years in sales, business development, or partnerships with proven deal origination and closure.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deals across legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.
• Deep understanding of payments, trading, stablecoins, and crypto ecosystem.
• Ability to explain complex crypto concepts clearly to executive audiences and build trust.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks and grow existing relationships.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from diligence to negotiation, close, and post-launch growth.
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders, articulating value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Shape infrastructure roadmap by advocating for partner needs and market insights.
