Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to build and expand partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks for stablecoin products. You will own the deal lifecycle from strategy through integration and post-launch growth, coordinating with Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to deliver value.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, articulate crypto and payments capabilities, and drive revenue targets while contributing to the roadmap with market insights gathered in the field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals including legal and compliance.
• Understanding of payments ecosystem and stablecoins.
• Ability to explain complex crypto concepts to executives clearly.
• Experience using AI responsibly to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships and grow relationships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from diligence through close and post-launch growth.
• Lead conversations with senior executives, translating Coinbase capabilities into value.
• Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding and integration.
• Shape infrastructure roadmap by advocating for partner needs and market insights.
