Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for its Infrastructure team to originate partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks and to manage the full deal lifecycle. You will work with Product, Legal, and Solutions Architecture to ensure smooth onboarding and post-launch success.

The role demands 10+ years in sales or partnerships within payments, crypto, or fintech, with a track record of closing complex deals and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Experience with PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto companies and deal origination.
• Ability to navigate legal, compliance, and technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships and grow relationships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth.
• Lead executive conversations translating Coinbase capabilities into client value.
• Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding and integration.
• Shape infrastructure roadmap by sharing market insights.
